Shuttles will be provided from Hunter-Tannersville Jr-Sr High to Adena Orchard & Vine. The shuttles seat apx. 48 people and there will be two shuttle picks ups to the wedding at: 1:30PM & 2:30PM There is ample parking at Hunter-Tannersville Jr-Sr High or at Mountaintop Library across the street.

A shuttle from Adena Orchard & Vine to Hunter-Tannersville Jr-Sr High will be provided every 90m starting at 5pm and ending at 11pm.

Lyft/Uber

Please note Lyft/Uber are not really A Thing on the Mountain. The best way to avoid having to drive or have a designated driver on the wedding night is to book a stay in Tannersville, within walking distance of Hunter-Tannersville Jr-Sr High, where the shuttle will pick you up and drop you off.

There are more AirBNB options than hotel options in the Tannersville area. We've put together a list of some of the best/our favorites for your convenience! The summers book up quick on the Mountain but do not typically open availability for the summer until late Winter/early-Spring; we recommend checking back often if you've got one you have your eye on that hasn't opened up July dates yet. Be patient, but book no later than Feb-Apr to ensure the best availability.

They don't do wedding blocks unless you host a $100k+ wedding there! Nooooope! But they are a cool place to stay so book a room if you're looking for a boutique hotel stay. They will open their summer availability in the Spring.

This wacky bed and breakfast only has 9 rooms, but it has LOTS of personality.

North/South Lake Campground

For the cost sensitive - North/South Lake is one of New York State's largest and most popular campsites - for good reason! It features several lakes, swimming, hiking, and beautiful vistas. Amenities include restrooms and showers, boat rentals, and charcoal grills. Sites opened for booking on Oct 15, 2021 and are $22/night. We recommend booking as soon as possible as the campground routinely sells out well in advance!

Albany International Airport is a 1hr drive from Tannersville and is serviced by Allegiant, jetBlue, Delta, Frontier, United, American, and Southwest Airlines.

Amtrak - Hudson

The closest train station is Amtrak - Hudson. This a great option for folks who prefer to train up from NYC or Philly. If you're choosing this travel option, we recommend booking a place to stay within walking distance of Hunter-Tannersville Jr-Sr High. This way, you'll be able to walk to the welcome reception, goodbye brunch, and the shuttle pick-up/drop off for the wedding. You'll also need to arrange to get from Hudson to Tannersville.
