Travel & Accomodations
Housing:
We are delighted to have you travel to one of our favorite places in the world. We don't want you to worry about finding a place to stay.
We have booked three rental homes within 10 minute walking distance from John & Darlene's home. There is ample room for everyone to have their own space. We will share more information on specifics in the coming weeks.
If you would prefer to stay at a hotel in the area we are more than happy to recommend several hotels! Please let us know and we can help point you in the right direction.
Air Travel:
We recommend looking at flights arriving at SFO. From SFO, it is a roughly 2 hour drive north to Bodega Bay. The Oakland airport, while smaller, is a 1.5 hour drive and another good option.
We recommend each party rent a car in order to most fully explore the Sonoma Coast. If you are traveling solo or would like to avoid renting a car, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange for your transport up and back.
