What are the two menu choices for the wedding dinner?

Answer

Menu 1 (meat): Cold starter: Dalmatian plate (meats, cheese, figs, nuts, olives, etc) Warm starter: Veal ragout risotto Hvar style, hard sheep cheese shavings Main course: Grilled ribeye, potato au gratin and grilled asparagus. With two selections of sauce being: Demi-glace (meat jus) and Forest mushroom. Dessert: Hvar carob and wild orange cake, chocolate ganache Menu 2 (fish): Cold starter: ceviche of sea bream and shrimps Warm starter: Shrimp and cuttlefish orzotto a la bianco (pearl barley) Main course: Baked sea bream fillet, fresh olive oil marinated fennel, confit of cherry tomatoes, olive oil and garlic emulsion Dessert: Crème caramel surrounded by strawberry and mint salad

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Anything goes! Feel free to wear whatever you're comfortable in, from suits and sundresses to shorts and shirts. We are just happy that you are enjoying this special time with us! If you are direct family, we are asking family to dress within a color scheme. You should have received a message from Tyler and Lexi about this.

Absolutely, please let Tyler or Lexi know. The venue can accommodate any and all food preferences and allergies.

I need a taxi from Split airport to the ferry port, what taxi should I use?

Answer

Bolt is the primary taxi company used in Croatia & most affordable option. It operates just like Uber! Uber is also available but probably more expensive than Bolt. Bolt has a simple app you can use on your smartphone. The Kapusta family uses Bolt in Poland and Croatia when they go! https://bolt.eu/en-hr/rides/

How do I get to the Wedding Venue?

Answer

If you are staying in Hvar Town, the venue is walking distance. If you need a ride, there are local Hvar taxis and rideshare services available.
