Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Our five kids will be there so if you would like to bring your children they are more than welcome.

Is the resort an all-inclusive?

Answer

YES! All food, snacks, soda, alcohol, etc is included in your stay.

Is the resort safe?

Answer

The resort had fantastic reviews and is very safe. We still always follow a buddy system anytime we roam around any resort in Mexico. Our kids are restricted to always be in pairs day or night and the ocean is off limits without an adult.

Are all of our guests dining together?

Answer

No, every family or friend group is welcome to dine whenever and wherever they choose. We are going to try our best to accompany each guest for at least one meal.

Are we going outside the resort for any excursions?

Answer

Yes, Friday the 24th we plan to take our kids to 5th Avenue for an authentic Mexican shopping experience. This outing costs nothing except for the purchases you make. We are not going to any of the historic tours or eco parks as they can become costly for a large family. The resort has so many great activities so we will be content right were we are.

Do you need a passport?

Answer

Yes. Mexico does now require passport to enter. Please note that they give you a 6 month time frame to allow processing of your new passport. It usually does not take that long but that’s the time frame they give. Its really closer to three months for a new passport but I wouldn’t take chances.

Do we need to book separate airport transportation?

Answer

No. Airport transport to and from are included in your accommodation package through our travel agency.
