ROOM BLOCKS:
We have rooms blocked out at the SpringHill Suites location. Using the link below will allow you to book one of our blocked out rooms at the corporate rate. The other two hotels will also offer a corporate rate if you mention you are attending a wedding at The Arbors Events. However, with the other two hotels you must call to get this rate, it is not available through online bookings.
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Shuttle service will be available from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott to the venue before the ceremony and back to the hotel after the reception. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4pm to take guests to the venue. Another shuttle will leave the venue shortly after the end of the reception at 10:30pm to take guests back to the hotel.
WHERE TO FLY INTO:
The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the closest airport to our venue and our hotels. This airport is about a 30 minute drive from all three hotels and a 45 minute drive from our venue.
