Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

We are so excited to kick off the weekend with a Welcome Party at one of Kate's childhood homes, The Treehouse. The party will run from 6PM-9PM. The road to the house is narrow, and parking is basically non-existent, so we will provide a shuttle from the address below. The shuttle will run every 10-15 mins, starting at 5:30 PM, and will continue until 9:30 PM. Plenty of parking will be available at the pick-up location and it will be marked with a sign and balloons. If you end up taking a Lyft or Uber directly to the party, you can still take the shuttle back. The Main Event

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail attire. Dress to impress!

Please plan to arrive at 4pm. There will be shuttles arriving at the Best Western at 3:15pm and departing for the venue at 3:30pm. The ceremony will start at 430pm with cocktail hour to follow. Chef Frank will be cooking up a delicious meal including wood fired paella (gluten free and vegan option available), grilled beef tri tips, chicken, and veggies, salad, and baked focaccia. Then we will dance the night away with DJ Caity. After Party will be at The Silver Peso - a local dive bar in Larkspur. All are invited, although there will be no kiddos allowed as it is 21+. Shuttle service to the Best Western & After Party will be provided post wedding.

Sunday Send Off

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Come as you are!

We aren't planning anything official for the Sunday Send Off but we would love to get together one last time before heading our separate ways. Please feel free to bring your kiddos or anyone else you may have traveled with. Rustic Bakery offers amazing coffee and delicious treats! We hope to see you then!
