Our Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
1461 Duck Road, Duck, NC 27949
Beach Attire: Our ceremony will be outside and it will be hot! Formal to semi-formal is appropriate. For suggestion ideas, feel free to wear dress pants and short-sleeved button downs, gowns or maxi dresses, light dress shoes or sandals. Keep in mind our ceremony will be on grass, so you might want to leave the stilettos at home!
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
While the wedding party gets their portraits taken, take your time enjoying the cocktail hour in the Currituck Sound Pavilion (see Reception info) with the other guests. This is a great time to mingle with the other guests, take photos, and enjoy the view!
Reception. Time to Celebrate!
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
The newly weds will be entered at 4:45pm, so find your seat before then! A formal reception will follow in the beautiful Currituck Sound Pavilion, facing the sound. Look forward to first dances, cake cutting, a delicious beach buffet dinner, and watching the sun as it sets on the sound! Then join the party on the dance floor for the remainder of the night!
The reception venue is on the sound side of the main road/resort, so you will want to drive your vehicle over to the Currituck Sound Pavilion, but we promise its only a short distance!
