We do not have a registry! We understand making the trek to Taipei is a huge ask and we deeply appreciate the financial and logistical costs required.
Additionally, as this will be an East Asian reception, registries are less common in favor of the traditional Hong Bao (Red Envelope - 紅包) system. Hong Bao is a red envelope with cash inside, presented to the wedding party immediately outside of the venue as you arrive.
Hong Bao are sold at every convenience store and stationary shop, both of which will likely have ATMs, making this something you can handle pretty last minute. Have fun with this, watch some youtube videos on the proper presentation, expected amounts based on relation to the bride and groom, etc.
