This is the venue hotel where we will be holding our wedding event, where we will be staying, and the rally location for all additional planned experiences. It is a true 5-star hotel with American 3-star prices. For both convenience and experience, we highly recommend booking here. Its best features are the rooftop pool and the top-floor bar called the Marco Polo Lounge which boasts one of the best views of the city in all of Taipei. If you don't want to stay at the Shangri-La, we would highly encourage staying in the same district, Da'An District (大安區), or the western end of Xinyi District (信義區). In addition to the wedding venue being Shangri-La, all organized activities will utilize the Shangri-La as our meeting point. Furthermore, it'll make it much easier for us to assist you if any issue arise. There is no shortage of great 3 and 4 star hotels nearby, starting as low as $59 a night.

Taipei Airport Notes

Travelling internationally to Taiwan, you will most likely fly into Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE). There are plenty of train, taxi, and Uber options from the airport, with about an hour of travel to get to the venue hotel. If you are transferring in Japan or South Korea, you may have the option to fly into Taipei Songshan (alt. Sungshan) Airport (TSA). This airport is in the heart of Taipei city and is about a 15 minute drive to the venue hotel.
