4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:30 pm to allow time for seating, and to be seated no later than 3:45 pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm (PST). The ceremony will take place on the grass in front of Rowena’s Inn on the Grand Lawn, so please choose footwear accordingly. Our ceremony will be unplugged—we respectfully ask that all phones and cameras be put away. We’ve invested in professional photography and videography and would love for you to be fully present with us. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour with live music and refreshments. Thank you for helping us create a beautiful, distraction-free experience.
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Join us on the Shady Tree Lawn for cocktail hour. Enjoy live music by Andrew Christopher and refreshing drinks while taking in the beautiful scenery Sandpiper has to offer. Please note: only canned beverages and wine will be available for purchase due to the temporary bar setup.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The bridal party entrance into the tent will begin promptly at 6:00 pm, followed by MC announcements and housekeeping notes. Dinner, catered by White Table Catering, will be served from 6:15–7:15 pm, followed by toasts and speeches. Cake cutting will take place at 7:30 pm. Please arrive by 5:50 pm to find your seat and grab a refreshment.

The first dance will take place on the patio, underneath the stars. This will be followed by the parent dances, after which the dance floor will officially open for the evening. A late-night snack will be served featuring Prosciutto & Arugula and Margherita pizzas.
