What is formal attire?
Answer
Formal attire is suits and floor or ankle length dresses. If you have a tux already in your closet, you’re more than welcome to join the groomsmen and wear it. Please avoid khaki pants, jeans, polos, or short dresses. The bridesmaids are wearing black, so please also avoid wearing a black dress if possible! For inspiration, you can reference the mood board above.

Are kids welcome?

We have addressed invitations to the people we would love to come. We kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. Parents, we hope you enjoy the opportunity for a night off - we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We would love for everyone to join us for welcome drinks on Friday the 12th at 8:00 at Vicious Fishes Taproom & Biergarten in Cary. This will be a great time for us to see everyone before the big day in a relaxed setting!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
During our ceremony, we kindly ask that you refrain from using any devices to take photos/videos. We have a very talented photographer who will be sure to capture all the wonderful memories.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
There ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Please arrive by 5:00 to allow time to park. You have to drive by the ceremony space to park, so we will hold cars at the entrance if you arrive after it has started.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There will be parking at Montague Lake Pavilion near the reception space. We will have a trolley to transport you to the ceremony space. There will also be an ride share drop off zone near the ceremony space.

Can we park our car overnight?
Answer
We want everyone to have a fun and safe night! If you have too much to drink, you are able to leave your car parked overnight. However, we kindly ask that you pick up the car the following morning (September 14th) between 9:00-9:30 am. Our coordinator will be there during that time to unlock the gate!
