Formal/semi-formal. The ceremony will be outdoors with grassy and paved areas, and the reception following will be inside the renovated barn.
For dinner, we will be having Mission BBQ. Their catering team boasts excellence in separating their foods for allergies including for gluten-free guests. Let us know accordingly in the RSVPs. Please reach out to the couple for any additional concerns!
If they are on the guest list then they are welcome! We plan to have an enclosed area in the indoor reception area to accommodate for younger kids that may have trouble sitting through the ceremony. Accompanying parents are also welcome there. Please direct day-of questions to our coordinator Abigail!
Winchester is a little further out from airports and the city. There are a multitude of accommodations available for booking in the Northern Virginia/DC area, which is around 1.5 hours from the venue. For accommodations near the venue for the wedding day, click on the Hotel section for block reservations on a first come first serve basis, at the Springhill Suites in Winchester, 15 minutes away.
