When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can inform our vendors. We ask that you kindly respond using our website by September 2nd.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding celebration calls for Formal attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear elegant mid-length or long dresses, while gentlemen should opt for a suit and tie. For any non-binary or gender nonconforming guests, we welcome you to wear whatever formal attire feels most comfortable and true to you. Our ceremony will take place on an outdoor lawn, followed by an indoor reception with access to an outdoor terrace. Ladies, please consider your footwear for both indoor and outdoor settings, and bring a jacket or wrap for cooler evening temperatures.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:15 PM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive around 4:00 PM to allow time for seating.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

For the night of the wedding (October 10, 2025), guests will receive discounted Valet Event Parking at VEA Newport Beach for $25 per vehicle. This rate applies to non-overnight valet only. Just let the valet know you’re attending the Turner/Meagher wedding to receive the discounted rate.

Are kids welcome?

We adore your little ones, but we hope you can enjoy a night off at our wedding! Please join us for an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited to our guest count due to venue constraints. We ask that only those on the received invitation RSVP. Please note, an attendant will be at the front checking all guests in upon arrival.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

For all events, you can note dietary restrictions or allergies during the RSVP process. It will prompt you with this question within the RSVP form.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

VEA offers a courtesy pick-up and drop-off service to resort guests within 3 miles of the property, based on availability. This includes their daily drop-off and pick-ups from the Corona Del Mar Beach!
