Megan vowed to never date a teammate. So she decided to marry one instead. Ken and Megan are both on Team Oregon, a cycling team in Portland, and met on the sidelines of Portland's famed "Trophy Cup" cyclocross series. They became good friends, spending many hours training and racing together. Eventually, Ken took a chance on asking Megan out, and thank goodness he did! Fun fact: the photo at the top of this site is from one of our first trips together to Newport, OR, and the proposal photo below is from the same spot a few years later.
