-Food will still be buffet style and served by Cody's Catering Staff. We ask that through the buffet line all guests wear a mask. Tables will be released one at a time. -Tables will be placed 6 feet a part and we will have assigned tables for households/ families. -At the guest book station we will also have wrist bands to indicate your comfort level- etc so other guests are aware. -Many people are wondering: how many people are invited? Its fair to say we did send out invitations to 200 guests. * IF COVID-19 NUMBERS INCREASE WE WILL BE CHANGING OUR PLANS AND GOING TO A BRIDAL PARTY + IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY WEDDING *

Masks are required through the buffet line, we want all our guests to feel comfortable! If you'd like to wear one other than during the buffet line please do so. The bride and groom will not be wearing them aside from dinner. We will still be practicing safe social distancing measures and have plenty of sanitizing stations.

Yes, we are providing a shuttle from the venue back to Eagle Crest Resort. The shuttle will run for about 1.5 hours and there will be 2 shuttles running. Please note you ARE able to leave a vehicle at the venue over night :)
Cody's Catering has provided us with a menu completely gluten free. (except for the dinner rolls)
Yes! However, we are only serving beer and wine (cider too!)
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour or less. Guests can head straight to the reception are on site where there will be appetizers and the bar will open.
