If you prefer not to stay on property at Black Butte Ranch, we recommend the Best Western Ponderosa, which is just a 10-minute drive away. IMPORTANT: Sisters is a very small, rural town with limited Uber availability. We highly encourage guests to plan ahead and use the transportation service listed below to schedule transport to and from the wedding.
Flight
There are a few airport options to consider when traveling to Sisters, Oregon, but the most convenient by far is Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM), just a 40-minute drive away. From there, you can easily rent a car or take an Uber to your accommodations. If you're flying into a major hub, Portland International Airport (PDX) is about a 3-hour drive and will require a rental car. Eugene Airport (EUG) is another option, located approximately 2 hours from Sisters by car.

You can call or text them to arrange rides to and from the wedding, as well as transportation to and from the airport. We highly recommend planning this well in advance, as we cannot guarantee their availability. Their passenger vehicles can accommodate up to six guests, making it easy to coordinate with friends or family. They’re also very responsive over text, so planning your rides is quick and simple.
