We kindly ask that you arrive about 20-30 minutes early to allow ample time to settle in, enjoy a glass of champagne, and find a seat before we say 'I do!' We will begin promptly at 4:30 PM in the afternoon.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding unless specified on your invitation.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will be on the grass for our ceremony. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
As much as we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We truly appreciate you making arrangements so you can join us - mom and dad deserve a night out too!
Sisters, Oregon is a small, rural town, so Uber and Lyft availability is very limited. If you’re staying at Black Butte Ranch, the venue is easily accessible, and there is convenient parking directly out front where you may leave your car overnight if needed. If you’re staying outside of Black Butte Ranch, please visit the Travel tab on our website for shuttle service information to schedule transportation for the wedding or the airport.
