Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Valley Forge

Our home base for the weekend will be at the Embassy Suites in Wayne, PA. We have set aside a block of rooms that you can book using the link provided. If you prefer to stay somewhere else, there are many other hotels in the area that are all within 10 minutes of our venue.

Travel Note

For our guests flying in from out of town...

The venue is about 30 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and a little over 1.5 hours from Newark Liberty International Airport.

Train

A note about SEPTA...

While we'd love to say we can rely on public transportation to get you from the airport or other places in Philadelphia to our venue and home base for the weekend, our train/bus/light rail system can sometimes be hard to predict, and challenging to navigate. We recommend that you find alternate ways of ensuring you can arrive where you need to be.
