Question

Can I bring a guest? What about my kids?

Answer

If you are allowed a plus one that we have not directly named, it will be indicated on your invitation. We are also opting to have a child-free wedding :)

How are we getting to the wedding?

Answer

Terrain has a large parking lot for all those planning on driving. We will provide everyone with a rideshare voucher for the weekend that they can use to get to and from the welcome party or the wedding. We definitely encourage people to make friends and go in groups! As always, please be responsible and do not drink and drive!

What happens if I'm late to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are running late to the ceremony, you will be held outside the gates until the ceremony concludes. We encourage you to arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony starting.

Can I take pictures of the ceremony?

Answer

Please don't. Our wonderful and professional photographer is there to capture our ceremony. We'd love for you to be present and in the moment with us. That being said, we do want to see all your fun candids and silly videos from the reception and you can share them using the link provided in the Photo Sharing tab.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Feel free to wear cool and summery cocktail attire. No need for tuxes, fancy suits or long dresses, but please, no jeans. Anyone wearing white will have red wine poured on them by one of the bridesmaids.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Ideally, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will indoors. If the weather is too hot or rainy, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Question

Do I have to stay at the Embassy Suites? Can I check in early on Sunday if I do?

Answer

No, you don't have to stay at the Embassy Suites, there are a bunch of hotels in the nearby vicinity. That being said, we'll be there, and so will the after party, so choose wisely :) If you arrive Sunday, check in is at 3pm. If rooms are available earlier, the hotel has said that you are welcome to check in earlier based on availability, but it's not guaranteed.
