Read Before Booking

There are quite a few hotel options around the venue and in Downtown San Jose; however, the below two options are our preferred as they are close to the freeway/venue. If the total headcount is high enough, we will be reserving hotel blocks and providing transportation to and from the venue leaving at pre-designated times. (Update on March 31: we will NOT be providing roundtrip transportation from our preferred hotels as the headcount is not high enough. The venue is a short <10 minute drive from the hotels.) **Please specify in your RSVP questionnaire if you are planning to book one of the below hotels.

This hotel is about 6 miles (10 minute drive) from the venue - the average price is about $124~ per night.

Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC)

SJC is the closest airport to the venue - from there, it is about a 15 minute drive to the venue.
