Thursday Night Welcome Party

Join us Thursday, July 29 from 6:30 to 9pm at Figueroa Mountain Brewery for a pre-wedding celebration! We've rented the Brewery's private outdoor space where there are picnic tables, outdoor games, fire pits . . . you name it! Beer, wine, and food will be available for purchase at the indoor and outdoor bars (with some Hoppy Poppy beer on us!). We are excited for our family and friends to commingle before the Big Day. Pro tip: If you plan to drink wine, it's more cost effective to bring your own bottle (the Fig Mt. event coordinator even encouraged this!). Claire & Tripp's Wedding

Cocktail/Garden/Festive

Ceremony, cocktail hour, & reception will all be outside at a beautiful ranch featuring a vineyard, Oak grove, & spunky farm animals. It will be warm to start, but will get chilly later in the evening. We will have heaters, but a jacket or wrap is recommended. Ceremony begins at 4:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour with hearty passed appetizers, drinks, & lots of sparkling wine. Dinner and dancing will follow, with tacos, toasts, and, of course, cake. TRANSPORTATION/SHUTTLE SCHEDULE Parking will be available at the farm. Lyft/Uber/Taxis are available, but less plentiful than in larger cities. We will have three 14-person shuttles all night: - 3:40pm: Shuttles depart Sideways Inn / Arrive at the Ranch at 3:55pm - 4:15pm: Shuttles depart Sideways Inn / Arrive at the Ranch at 4:30pm After the party, shuttles will depart the Ranch at 9pm, 10pm, and 10:30pm with main drop-off at Sideways Inn (after-party location) and potential additional drop-offs at nearby hotels.
