Chicago has 2 major airports- O'hare and Midway. If flying international, O'hare will definitely be the way to go. If you are flying domestic Midway is much smaller and usually easier to navigate. Both airports, however are almost equal distance from the venue and hotels in the area and will take about 40-45 minutes to arrive.
