If you’d like to book a room at Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments with our group rate, please note that reservations must be made by phone or email — the group rate is not available online. Full booking instructions are below. Booking Instructions: To reserve your room under the wedding group: 📞 Call: U.S.: 888-232-8860 IMPORTANT: When calling, after listening to the hotel operator options please press 1 for hotel reservations. DO NOT PRESS THE OPTION FOR GROUP BOOKING! For some reason that option will not go through and the call will be dropped. After pressing 1 for hotel reservations you will need to listen to the options again where you will press 1 to make a reservation. It will connect you to a hotel staff. All staff usually answer the phone in Spanish so don’t be alarmed if they start speaking in Spanish. All staff are fluent in English as well so just begin speaking in English.
