We’re so excited to celebrate with you in paradise! Below is the schedule for our wedding weekend. Please note that the wedding takes place at a remote beach location — once we arrive, guests will not be able to leave early, so plan accordingly if you’re bringing little ones.

Thursday, April 16th – Guest Arrival
Guests arrive in Puerto Vallarta and check in.

Wedding Party: Details about the rehearsal dinner will be sent directly to you.

Friday, April 17th – The Big Day!
3:00 PM – Guests gather in the hotel lobby for transportation to the port
4:30 PM – Boat departs for Majahuitas (wedding location)
5:30 PM – Arrival at Majahuitas Beach
6:00 PM – Wedding Ceremony
6:20 PM - 10:40 PM – Cocktail Hour/Dinner/Reception
10:45 PM – Boat departs back to the port
11:30 PM – Arrival back at the port

Saturday, April 18th – Yacht Day
We’ll be renting a private yacht for guests to enjoy a day on the water!

Sunday, April 19th 
Guests depart and head back home
