Colorful Colorado is known for its Mile High cities! We will be getting hitched at over a mile above sea-level. For those who are coming from a lower elevation, we encourage you to be mindful of getting acclimated to the altitude. Please plan to drink more water than usual and be cautious if you choose to partake in adult beverages during your stay. Alcohol can lead to worsened altitude-sickness, and it often packs a harder punch for those who are not yet acclimated. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy a wonderful stay.
We will be providing a shuttle from the Towneplace Suites in downtown Loveland to the venue and back. However, we have limited capacity. Due to the altitude and the mountainous road, please plan to have a designated driver if you are driving yourself. The safety of our guests is our number one priority!
The shuttle will depart from the TownePlace Suites at 3:45 pm. We will only be running one shuttle, so please plan to arrive in a timely manner. The shuttle will depart Lionscrest Manor to head back to the hotel at 10:00 pm.
After taking Highway 66 towards Lyons, you'll cruise through downtown a bit before turning onto a windy dirt road for about a 1/4 mile. Please plan ahead with a designated driver due to the mountainous nature of the drive and the aforementioned Mile High altitude.
Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. Weather in Colorado during the summertime can be tough to predict. Keep in mind that we will be both inside and outside, so choose shoes accordingly!
Kindly RSVP by May 8th.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet with a selection of meat, salads, and sides. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can be sure to make accommodations for you. Please email kleast5@gmail.com with dietary needs.
Please plan to arrive no later than thirty minutes before the wedding to ensure we can get the party started on time!
We'd love to keep our ceremony "unplugged" so that everyone can be present and live in the moment with us. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, but we encourage you to snap pictures throughout the reception!
We originally met through mutual friends and reconnected online in March of 2020. Quite the trying and hectic times! We went on our first date (hiking in Lyons, CO!) days before shutdown happened, then we lived the social distancing dating life for months before meeting face-to-face again. It was quite the unusual circumstances, but we both feel it brought us closer together in the end!
