Shuttle Departure from TownePlace Suites

If you are planning to take the shuttle to and from the venue, please plan to depart from the TownePlace Suites in downtown Loveland at 3:45 pm. There is also a parking garage across from the hotel if you wish to take the shuttle but are not staying at the hotel. Please note that there is only one shuttle. The shuttle return service will pick guests up from the venue at the end of the reception at 10:00 pm.
Ceremony & Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We'll be outside on grass for the ceremony and inside for the reception. Cocktail attire is appropriate!
We recommend that you arrive at least a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony with drinks and some snacks, and dinner will start shortly after. Then, we'll enjoy dinner and dance the night away!
Shuttle Departure from Lionscrest Manor
10:00 pm
The shuttle will be picking guests up at 10:00 pm at the conclusion of the reception. As a reminder, there is only one shuttle running to/from the venue.
After Party

We are planning to get together for a little after party in Downtown Loveland. The tap house where Trevor works on the weekends will be staying open late to host us. It is within walking distance from the hotel in downtown Loveland.
