Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but thought you'd enjoy a day off! Only immediate families' children will be in attendance. Other than those few kiddos, this will be an adults only celebration.

How do we get to the Venue?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided to and from the Canopy by Hilton Downtown Hotel to the Venue. Please check out the Lodging & Travel section for more details.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

When you arrive at the venue you are going to see there is actually two wedding venues on site - The Blue Barn & our venue The Atrium share a driveway. You will go to your right to The Atrium. There is ample parking on their gravel lot and cars may be left overnight for morning pickup. Vehicles must be picked up from venue by noon the next day.

How will food be served?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour with horsd'oeuvres & dinner will be served buffet style. We will also have a late night snack during the dance. If you have any food restrictions or allergies, please let us know.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We love you, but not open bar love you. That said, we’ve got your back (and your buzz) with free beer all night long, featuring only the finest beer selection, aka brands Trav works with 😉 Soft drinks and lemonade will be provided free of charge. For everything else, there’ll be a cash bar. So, bring your best dance moves and a few bucks if you’re craving something fancy (or Jameson shots). Please also be aware our venue is card only, cash is only accepted for tips.
