What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black-tie optional, so we encourage you to dress up and feel fabulous! Ladies, think glamorous gowns, and gents, suits or tuxes are a perfect choice. Come ready to shine and celebrate in style—because we’re all about making this night unforgettable!

What color is the bridal party wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in black gowns and the groomsman in black tuxes. This does not mean black is off limits for the guests, but we'd love to see your fun summer colors!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so please plan to arrive no later than 5:15 PM to ensure you're settled in and ready for the big moment. We don’t want you to miss a thing!

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearers. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside the chapel at Aria. The cocktail hour will be held both inside and outside on the patio and gardens. The reception will take place indoors.

How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

You can click on the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time, however please kindly be sure to do so by June 28, 2026. Don't forget to select your meal choice!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by June 28, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to have you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Do you have hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, and the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly.

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We do not want anyone drinking and driving. As such, we will provide a shuttle service taking multiple trips from the venue to the hotel (and from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony).

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue does offer free valet parking if you choose to drive. However, we will be providing transportation so be sure to check out the Travel section for more information.
