What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony venue by 3:20 P.M. The ceremony begins at 4 P.M. SHARP! Please be on time!

Formal - Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.
