Edinburgh is the best airport to fly into. However, you could also fly into Glasgow and take a train (Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh Waverly station takes 1 hour) or rent a car. Another option is to fly into London and book a separate flight into Edinburgh. Or if you are looking to be a little more adventurous, from London you can take the Caledonian Sleeper Train (https://www.sleeper.scot/). This train departs London Euston at midnight and arrives into Edinburgh Waverly at 7am. Make sure to book a cabin that gives you access to the bar car.
