Where is the registry?

If you are asking this question, you are probably American. Since we have everything we need, we are going more Austrian on this one. Traditionally guests give a creative, personalized gift which financially supports the newlyweds. You are welcome to follow this tradition or pick your own idea. Your presence is most important to us.

Can I pay with Credit Card frequently?

Answer

Cash is King on the mountain! So make sure you have plenty of EUROs on you at all time (also for paying for accommodations at B&Bs). For those coming from the states, best would be either the ATM at the bank in town (though watch out for fees), exchange for EUROs in the US (Austrian banks won't exchange USD) or exchange at the airport when you arrive (though this will have a fee as well).

What's the dress code? * Was ist die Kleiderordnung?

Answer

Look special just like us ;) Some will go traditional, wearing Lederhosen & Dirndl, and some won't . It is up to you, just don't come in your PJs. *** Besonderer Anlass. Einige werden traditionell in Lederhosen und Dirndl kommen, andere nicht. Die Kleiderwahl bleibt dir überlassen, komm bitte nur nicht im Schlafanzug.

Even though we love kids, we decided to make it a kid free zone on our special day. If you are traveling from afar with your kids, let us know cause we will find a solution ;) *** Obwohl wir Kinder lieben, haben wir beschlossen, dass unser besonderer Tag eine kinderfreie Zone sein wird. Wenn ihr mit euren Kindern von weit her anreist, lasst es uns wissen. Wir werden eine Lösung finden ;)
