Our venue is about 1 hour and 15 min south of Boston, or 30 min south of Providence, in North Kingstown (Saunderstown) Rhode Island. We have reserved blocks of hotel rooms at discounted rates at the Hampton Inn and the Fairfield Inn & Suites, adjacent to each other about 15 min from the venue. Or feel free to book an nearby Airbnb or other lodging, we just ask that everyone takes the provided shuttles at the hotel lots or arrange for your own drop off/pick up. Parking will not be available at the venue.
For guests travelling from afar we recommend flying into either Boston's Logan airport or Providence's T.F. Green airport. If taking the train is your thing then the MBTA Providence/Stoughton line commuter rail stops at nearby Wickford Junction and Amtrak stops at nearby Kingston station. Driving, renting a car, or arranging for a taxi is recommended because although ride share apps (Uber/Lyft) are generally available in the area, they can be sporadic, especially late at night.

This will be the main site for busses to leave from. One bus will also stop at the nearby Fairfield Inn & suites. The provided link defaults to today's dates so please adjust the date to see the rates. *Update 4/10* - Single night stays can be booked with the group rate at the Fairfield Inn, but the Hampton Inn requires a 2 night stay. If you are staying both Friday and Saturday try this one first!
