Based on the responses we (Tom/Sarah/Parents) have collected; 93% of our guests confirmed they will be fully vaccinated by our wedding date. For those who will not be fully vaccinated by July 17th, we ask that you receive a PCR test the week before the wedding. Please account for 5-7 days to receive results back. As a reminder, this event will be outdoors and underneath a tent. This will also be a mask optional event – although we are requiring that all of our vendors who are not fully vaccinated to still wear a mask. Also, if you have any pre-existing health conditions, we ask that you take those into consideration and please make the best decision for your health. Additionally, we ask that any guests who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who are feeling unwell to please remain home and come celebrate with us at another time. For our Caterer's COVID safety policy information please see below (last updated November 2020, please check back for updates).
Email the results to sarahtom2021@gmail.com. Ideally the test should occur after July 7th unless you are able to self-quarantine after getting the test. Keep in mind a PCR test can take 5-7 days to return results. We would also appreciate it, if those vaccinated could email us a copy of their vaccination card if they have not already confirmed.

We would like to give all the parents a night off to relax and enjoy the party and so we are asking for this to be an adult only event. We hope you are able to arrange alternate plans for childcare ahead of time. Thanks!
There will be no guest parking provided at the venue. Please plan to take the shuttles from/to the hotel parking lots, or arrange for your own drop-off/pick-up transportation. Please contact us if there are extenuating situations.
Sensible shoes and sensational attire! It's a backyard wedding at a private residence so please wear appropriate footwear. There is uneven sloped terrain, stone steps and paths, rock wall ledges, and a small unfenced pond so please watch your step! Fingers crossed for a sunny day but summer showers are always a risk so check the weather and plan accordingly - there will be a covered tent for the cocktail hour and dinner, however the ceremony and after party will be outside.
