The Villas are composed of 19 rooms across three buildings, every room has an ocean view. There are two pools, a game room with pool and foosball, two kitchens, a commercial kitchen for caterers, multiple living spaces, a home theater and a rooftop deck. Two cars and dedicated drivers that will be available to take guests to the beach, into town, etc. The Villa also provides private chefs who will make breakfast and mimosas each morning and we are hiring mixologists to man the bars throughout all four days. Yes! The Villas are private to only our group and you are all welcome to come hang out at any time. Most of our activities will be hosted at the Villas, so we will all be spending a lot of time there. The Villa provides chefs that will make breakfast and mimosas for everyone each morning, even those who are staying off-site are invited to breakfast each morning.

Answer

The main costs that guests will have to cover are transportation to Manuel Antonio (flights and bus), lodging, hair, make up, spa services and any extra activities you want to do that aren't on the schedule. We will provide every breakfast, almost all other meals and all the scheduled activities. The Villas will be stocked with snacks and all alcoholic, mixers and non-alcoholic drinks for the entire group.

Question

How far are the Villas from the beach?

Answer

About a 5 minute walk down a (steepish!) hill. The Villas provide private cars and drivers that will take you to the beach whenever you like.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Manuel Antonio in April is warm and tropical, with average temperatures ranging from 75°F to 85°F. It’s a perfect backdrop for our celebrations, so we hope you’ll embrace the vibe with your outfits! Thursday: Ceremony & Dinner For our ceremony on the beach, we’d love for all our guests to wear white or light similar colors to create an elegant and cohesive look against the stunning natural scenery. Think breezy fabrics and chic tropical elegance to stay cool and comfortable. Feel free to wear flip-flops or go barefoot during the ceremony – we’ll likely be barefoot too, enjoying the sand beneath our feet! For the indoor dinner afterward, plan to bring along something comfortable to slip on your feet. Friday: Reception For our reception, we’re going for a festive, tropical cocktail vibe. We encourage bright colors, fun patterns, and outfits perfect for dancing the night away. Bold prints and vibrant hues are highly welcome! Everything Else The rest of the wedding week will be pretty casual. Bring clothing you’ll feel comfortable in – think light, breathable outfits that suit the tropical climate.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Reception day will be mixed indoors and out. However, keep in mind that many other events like or activities will be outdoors!

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We'd love for you to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception. Please send us any and all photos/videos you capture! Please also be mindful of the professional photographers so that they can do their thing.

Question

Will there be downtime throughout the 4 days?

Answer

Check out the Schedule page! We are planning activities and events for nearly every day including a charter boat, a pool party, guided hikes of Manuel Antonio National Park and more! Everyone is invited to every event and of course you are also welcome to relax at the villas if you need a pina colada break by the pool.
