Flying to Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN)

Barcelona has a large international airport, BCN, which will likely be the most convenient airport to get to no matter where you're flying from! It's also got trains to Sitges Train Station, the nearest town to our venue, where our recommended hotels are based and where our shuttle will return you after Friday's Welcome BBQ and Saturday's Wedding (more on that under "Schedule")

Train

Public Transport from BCN Airport to Sitges (Coach or Train)

COACH (direct, ~30 minutes): After landing at BCN, make your way to Terminal 1 (if needed, there is a free shuttle between the airport's two terminals). You'll find the Bus Stop "Terminal 1 T" where you can board a coach at bay 7 headed for Sitges. Coaches leave every 30 minutes at 20- and 50-past the hour. Pay with CASH ONLY on board the bus (€9), or with a credit card a nearby machine before boarding. Exit the bus at the first stop: "Parc Can Robert T" in Sitges. TRAIN (one transfer, ~45 min - 1 hr): Both terminals at BCN Airport have metro stations. Board at your terminal’s stop on a metro headed for "Estación de tren Sant Celoni," and transfer at the first stop: "El Prat de Llobregat." From here, take the train heading toward "Estación de tren Vilanova I La Geltrú," and get off at "Sitges." All recommended hotels are within a 5-minute walk of both the bus stop and the train station. Returning to the airport is the same route. (If in doubt, check google maps for details. Rent a Car in Spain

Parking (Sitges): You can park in Sitges at PARKING EL RETIRO (Carrer d'Angel Vidal, 17, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain). You'll also receive a discount when staying at either of the "Medium Park" hotels listed below. Parking is 18 euro per day, with the discount. Parking (Almiral de la Font): While you can park at the Welcome BBQ and Wedding venue, there is limited parking.

Book an apartment or villa in/near Sitges

If you're traveling as a family or a larger group, you might want to book a larger space to stay together - both to be together and possibly to even save cost. Shuttle from venue to Sitges Train Station (Welcome BBQ)

To get to the venue for the Welcome BBQ, you can book a cab via your hotel or find one in the queue at Sitges Train Station (all cabs will know where to take you when you tell them "Almiral de la Font"). The drive is about 10-15 minutes, and cabs accept both cash and credit card. To get home from the Welcome BBQ, we're providing shuttles back to Sitges Train Station, departing between 10pm and 11:45pm. If you've rented a car and want to drive to and from the wedding, you may park at the venue, though parking is limited. We recommend taking a cab and returning via shuttle so you can make the most of the evening!
