When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 3:30pm. The ceremony begins at 4:00pm, and cocktail hour and the reception will follow.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be about 50 parking spots at the venue. We ask that you carpool when possible or consider rideshare/taxi service if you plan on enjoying the bar.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have a room block at the DoubleTree. The Hotel Monte Vista and the Weatherford Hotel are two of Flagstaff's most historic hotels. We also recommend looking at local Airbnb options.
