Where to Stay / Things To Do

Corfu is a relatively large island where you can spend at least a week exploring and relaxing. In our opinion, the most beautiful parts are in the north. We have divided this section into areas that are no more than 40 minutes from our wedding venue. The ones marked with * are areas where we will be arranging transportation to/from.

There are other hotel and villa options if you prefer something else but please stay on the south side of the peninsula for shuttle pick up points. What to do Just enjoy the views :) Kommeno is a quiet peninsula with waterfront access and some of the prettiest views on the island only 20 minutes from the airport. Go for a walk, swim and take advantage of the amenities at your accommodation.

Just across the water from Kommeno. One of the main marinas with boat rentals and from where our Welcome Boat Trip will depart! Also home to multiple filming locations from "The Durrells in Corfu." The northeast is the nicest part of the island popular with British visitors nicknamed Kensington-on-Sea. Known for its beautiful mansions, hilltop views, and beachside tavernas. If you have a car and are staying a few days, we recommend exploring this area.
