What should I wear?

Answer

Its a fall wedding-here in Willits that means typically hot in the day and cool in the evening. Please dress comfortably, casual formal is great. For women, a dress, pants suit, any type of slacks and a shirt combo is just fine. For the guys any type of button down shirt or pull over with nice jeans or slacks is totally acceptable. The most important thing is to have the right shoes. You will be walking in the grass, rocks, outdoors so please wear shoes that support you. We have made a lot of efforts to smooth the yard space, but you never know and we don't want anyone falling down.

What can we expect for the day?

Answer

This is going to be a time for friends and family to gather and celebrate. We are not going for perfection and actually hope to avoid that, haha. Expect a relaxed environment with some glitches and goofs. We truly want to share our home and happiness with all of you and request you bring your smiles, laughter, memories and all around good vibes only to help us celebrate the day.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes please! Snap away. I do have a photographer that will be attending and taking photos, but please feel free to snap your own pics. I also have an app called POV with a QR code that works like a disposable camera that you can download up to 25 photos on. I will have the code set up to down load the day of. There are lots of great places to take photos around the property so please feel free to do so.

Will you be serving Alcohol?

Answer

We will be serving a variety or red and white wines, sparkling wine and beer as well as many non alcoholic alternatives. If you need something more beyond that, please feel free to BYOB.

Can I bring my pets?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of town and need to bring a pet, please make sure wherever you are staying is pet friendly and you can leave your fur baby at the room. We have 3 dogs, a cat and 2 donkeys that will be way over stimulated during the wedding and bringing additional animals is not advised. Thank you for understanding.

What about gifts?

Answer

Please no gifts, there is no registry. We have more than we need and are honored to spend time with those we love. Your presence is more than enough and we are so grateful to be able to make more memories with you all. We especially appreciate our out of town friends and family coming and making the financial sacrifices to be here.

How do I RSVP again?

Please call or text Wendy at 619-755-5244 if you can or can't make it. If you are coming, please let me know how many in your party including children. If you can let us know by July 1st that would be very helpful. If you aren't sure let us know that too.

Where will we park?

There is plenty of on site parking on the property. We will show you where to park.

Will there be a rehearsal dinner or set up the night before?

Answer

We plan on setting up as much as we can that Friday the 12th the night before and doing a run through of events. If anyone wants to come help, or simply hang out that would be great. We'll probably order pizza or something along those lines. :-)

What about bathrooms?

Answer

Welcome to the country! HAHA! We will have clean port o potties set up for guests. Please use those. There is 1 bathroom located inside the house. That will be reserved for the bride and any of our older guests that may have trouble using a port o potty. It's country living so we have to roll with what's available.

Are you going on a honeymoon?

Answer

We have a cruise booked for May of 2026 for our "honeymoon"
