Set/Up Pizza Party

Comfortable and casual

We will be setting up tables and getting ready and practicing somethings for the ceremony. Please feel free to come over and hang out. We will most likely order some pizza and keep it casual. We would especially love to see our out of town guests and soak up as much time as we can with you.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

2:30 pm

Casual Formal

Please arrive between 2:30-3:00pm. We will have on-site parking. We plan on doing a cocktail/appetizer spread from 3:30-5pm. Wedding Ceremony will start about 5:30pm. The Bridal Party will take a few pictures right after. Following that, we will do a champagne toast, dinner, dessert and dancing. We also plan on having some yard games set up as well. Available throughout everything will be a selection of beer and wine and many non-alcoholic options of water, sparkling water, sodas and sparkling cider to toast. If you do plan on drinking, please do not drive. There will be many sober people on deck. Willits is small and its easy to drop you off wherever you are staying. We want everyone to have a great, safe time!
