If you have any questions or difficulties booking a room through the website, please contact our Hilton sales associate, Jessica (1) 973-328-0600 x5106. Let her know you'd like a room in the "Gasparine-Schneider" hotel block/rate.

When will the hotel shuttle be leaving?

We are currently working on booking a shuttle service and will add updates here and to the Schedule when the contract has been finalized. In the meantime, if you intend on utilizing the shuttle for transportation to and/or from the wedding, please let Dana or Timo know so we can provide the transportation company the most accurate estimate. Thank you!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. During cocktail hour & reception, you will be able to move freely inside & outside. * If it rains, the celebrations will primarily be indoors. (unless you forget to shower)
