Alternatively, you can take the CTA Orange Line train from Midway Airport to downtown Chicago (State & Lake Stop) (approximately 25-30 minutes) and then catch the South Shore Line Train from Millennium Station to Michigan City (11th Street Station). Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) - Chicago, IL Driving Time to Hotel: Approximately 2 hours 40 minutes Transportation Options: If driving, we highly recommend renting a car. The South Shore Line is a train service connecting downtown Chicago and South Bend Indiana. The train stops in Michigan City (11th Street Station) or (Carroll Avenue) about 15 minutes from hotels.

The Wolverine (Chicago-Detroit/Pontiac) and Blue Water (Chicago-Port Huron) routes both stop at the New Buffalo station. The New Buffalo stop is 5 minutes from hotels.
Travel Note
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the wedding. The venue has plenty of free parking available, and vehicles can be left overnight until 9:00 AM the following morning. For those using a rideshare or taxi service, please be aware that service in the area can be inconsistent. You can pre-schedule an Uber or pre-book a taxi service in advance to ensure a smooth arrival to the ceremony and departure at the end of the night at 11:00 PM.
