For us, it all started on a Catholic dating website. Tiffany was about to start her final semester at St Mary's College in Moraga and Joseph was hard at work at Opticos Design in Berkeley. We found each other at the perfect time on CatholicMatch. From the first message, to the first phone call, to our first meeting in person, we had an immediate connection and knew early on that there was something special between us. Our first date was in Benicia where we visited the adoration chapel at St. Dominic's to start our courtship in prayer before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. What a blessing it has been to share our Catholic faith with each other! In addition to our faith, it turned out we shared many things in common: a love of art, sports, hiking, board games, and travel (just to name a few). We bonded over Redwall, California Missions, travel stories from Europe, and the challenges of being left-handed in a right-handed world :) After the first date, we both had a strong feeling that God had brought us together and had a plan for our relationship. Now we can see that plan continue to develop as we prepare for the sacrament of matrimony. We are so excited for the next chapter!
