Maid of Honor
Sally and I had the same third grade teacher, and we were neighbors! We've been best friends for 21 years! We grew up in each other's homes, and she is my parents' other daughter. Sally is the most loyal person I know and she keeps me afloat.
Bridesmaid
Meredith and I met when we were 16 and have been best friends ever since. We used to listen to music during passing period in high school; I developed my ASL skills with her and spent countless days and nights at sleepovers with her.
Bridesmaid
Shelby was my first friend here in Waco. We taught at the same school in 2016 and I'm truly blessed to have a friend like her. She's been there for me through a lot and I know that I can count on her for random movie and lunch dates.
Best Man
Cliff is my (Sarah) older brother and he's the most genuine and level-headed person I know. I know I can count on him for funny jokes or serious help.
Bridesmaid
Kelly is my (Sarah) younger sister. She often asks me for big sisterly advice. I take pride in being her older sister and being there for each other. We call each other whether we need each other or we're just bored.
Bridesmaid
Victoria and I (Sarah) met at the end of second grade. We've been friends as long as Taylor and Sally have! She's put up with me through my various life phases and has not judged me. We love to go to anime conventions together.
Mother of the Bride
My mom answers my calls at 6:30 in the morning when I just want to catch up before work. She folds my laundry and organizes my linen closet when I'm overwhelmed. I could go on and on about my mom, but I will get teary. I save her voicemails and still have the stuffed animals she bought me when I moved into my first dorm.
Mother of the Bride
My mom finds things around the store and tells me "this reminded me of you". She helps me with my garden and takes time to visit. She works on large DIY projects to help me when I'm overwhelmed She made me a PB&J everyday and wrote a note on my napkin for thirteen years.
Father of the Bride
My dad fixes things around my house no matter how much his back is hurting and then takes funny pictures with me. He loves to go on sushi dates with me and makes kissy noises with our cats, Max and Sloan. He cooked me homemade breakfast every morning for thirteen years and learned how to part my hair in zig zag patterns.
Father of the Bride
My dad taught me how to be financially literate and save money, but it's more important to note his love. My dad is a man of few words but he will always walk me through a challenging process step by step. The greatest act of love is his acceptance and active participation in my life.
