Nicole and Thomas met on the hottest dating site ever, yup, good ole Tinder. Thomas swiped right because he was impressed by the picture of Nicole and a 15 foot snowman, and Nicole swiped right because he had an adorable picture on a dirt bike with a kid (his nephew Noah). Nicole was doing her residency down in Twin Falls and was coming up to Boise to volunteer as an adaptive snowboard instructor at Bogus Basin. They were both just looking for friends, but after spending 4 hours talking over drinks at Pengilly’s Saloon on their first date, they knew they wanted to keep getting to know each other. They both have a passion for traveling and exploring the world they live in. Some of their best memories were spent camping, visiting national parks, snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and exploring new breweries. They spent two years doing long distance from Twin Falls to Boise and then a year with Nicole in San Diego and Thomas in Boise. They are so happy to finally be back in the same city and added a fur baby named Harley to their family.

On October 31st 2020 Thomas took Nicole on a 5 mile hike to the Shafer Butte lookout at the top of Bogus Basin. This spot holds a special place in Nicoles heart because this is the mountain she teaches at, and Thomas has volunteered as an instructor during the Nubability camp. It is a location that you can spot from most places around Boise.
