Are Kids Invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We are allowing kids for only the bridal party (flower girls/ring bearer).

What Precautions are Being Taken for COVID-19?

Answer

At our venue, upon guests' arrival, team members will take temperatures to ensure no one has a fever. All the team members are required to wear masks throughout the entire duration of the event. Their cleaning crew is sanitizing multiple times a week with deep cleans after each event. There are sanitation stations set up throughout the venues as well. The ceremony and reception will be taking place both outdoors and indoors. I strongly suggest getting tested about 48 hours before leaving for the wedding. If you are not able to attend or uncomfortable with attending, we completely understand and respect your decision. Please let us know by RSVPing as soon as possible. We want to celebrate with all of our friends and family, but we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. Thank you all for your love, support, and understanding.

What Time should I arrive to the ceremony

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the 2pm ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! Doors will open at 1:30pm for seating. Ceremony will start promptly at 2pm with cocktail hour and Reception to follow

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

During the ceremony we prefer you bask in the moments with us and have no cell phone's out. However for the reception, yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #thewilliamsway2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures and use
