Yes. We kindly ask that all guests are vaccinated and have a negative Covid-19 test within 48 hours of the first event. The city of San Francisco requires all guests show proof of vaccination to attend indoor events (a recent negative Covid-19 test will not suffice). The safety of the guests and vendors attending the big day is of upmost importance and this ensures everyone feels comfortable letting loose! If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you kindly RSVP "No".
While we love your kids, you deserve a night away. Our wedding reception is a kid free party. The formal invites will name the specific guests invited.
We are still working out a few details for events on Friday and Sunday. Once we have those secured, we will add an RSVP page on our website to RSVP online.
We recommend that everyone wear their black tie attire (eg. tuxes and gowns) to the ceremony and reception but have marked it as "black tie optional." For welcome drinks, cocktail dress is recommended and for brunch the day after, please come in whatever you are more comfortable in.
No. We did not book transportation to and from Grace Cathedral as it's a 3 minute, 0.1 mile walk from Grace Cathedral to the reception location (The Fairmont San Francisco) our largest hotel block (The Fairmont San Francisco and The Intercontinental Mark Hopkins). If you decided to book at the Hilton, we recommend taking the short trolley ride up the hill in true SF fashion!
While the Fairmont is the center for most of the wedding events, we also have a room block across the street at the Intercontinental Mark Hopkins and the Financial District Hilton Hotel down the hill that is a quick trolley ride Grace Cathedral/The Fairmont San Francisco. Please feel free to stay where ever works best for you!
