When calling to book (easiest option), don’t forget to mention the Lane-Tvedt Wedding when you book to receive the 10% lodging discount! If booking online, please mention the Lane-Tvedt Wedding under the comments section and the discount will be applied by their billing team. With the wedding being Friday of Memorial Day weekend, we hope that everyone can make an extended trip out of our big celebration! We highly recommend that you book reservations as soon as possible considering the holiday weekend. Accommodations range from single occupancy rooms to houses large enough to host multiple families or friends together. Lodge Condos and Country House Condos are within walking distance to the venue. Golf Homes are a short 3-5 minute drive. You can also book through VRBO or Airbnb, although the 10% discount will not apply.

The closest airport is the Redmond Municipal Airport, located about 30-40 minutes SW of Black Butte Ranch. We would recommend you fly in here. There are direct flights from San Diego, Seattle, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, and more. There are several car rental options available through this airport.
