Shuttles
For guests staying on-site at BBR, there will be 2 different shuttle pickup locations. The first is the Big Meadow Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 13020 Hawks Beard, and the second is the Glaze Meadow Rec Center, located at 13675 Hawks Beard. The shuttles will pick guests up at the parking lots next to each location.
There will be 2 rounds of vans departing from each location. The first van will depart for the venue at 3:00pm, and the second van will depart around 3:30pm. If you plan to use the shuttles, PLEASE ARRIVE BY 3:00pm to ensure all guests who need a spot have one.
At the end of the night, there will be 3 of rounds vans taking guests from the reception back to each original pickup location. The first van will depart at 10:00pm, the second van will depart at 10:30pm, and the third van will depart at 11:00pm. You are welcome to choose which departure time works best for you!
