Pickup Round #1 - 3 PM 1. 12 person van - Douglas on 3rd, McMinnville Downtown. 2. 14 person van - Comfort Inn & Suites McMinnville Wine Country 3. 11 person van - Bridal party Pickup Round #2 - 3:45 PM 1. 12 person van - Douglas on 3rd 4. 14 person van - Comfort Inn & Suites McMinnville Wine Country 5. 11 person van - Best Western McMinnville Inn & Comfort Inn (last swing) Drop off - 8:30 - 11pm Drop off shuttle service will be available starting at 8:30pm, with shuttles essentially acting as Ubers to get folks home, where we expect majority of drop offs to occur at the original pickup locations. Flight

PDX, Salem, Eugene Airport

Portland International Airport provides the most options for flights. Travel to venue is 1 - 1.5 hours depending on traffic conditions. Salem Municipal Airport offers limited commercial flight options through BUR, LAS, and LAX (must be booked directly through Avelo airlines site). Travel time is 30-40 minutes to McMinnville. Eugene airport has Southwest flights from San Diego and other Southwest hubs for around the same price as PDX, however the drive time can be an additional 20 minutes to McMinnville (1.5-2 hours).
