This place is incredible, the best space and aviation museum we've ever been to, and arguably better than the Smithsonian in Washington DC. Plan for 2-3 hours.
Brooks Wine
This winery is right above the wedding venue (Stiling vineyard), and has an amazing view of Oregon wine country. They only take reservations so please plan ahead (~1 week) if you would like to go.
3rd Street
3rd Street in McMinnville, Oregon is a charming, lively hub known for its mix of historic architecture, impressive restaurants, and unique shops. The area is filled with wine-tasting shops, gourmet dining, local art galleries and antique stores.

Cascade Head
If I had the ring back in July I would've proposed to Rocki at this spot. It's an amazing hike through pine forest into an overlook over the Oregon coastline. It's about an hour's drive from McMinnville, so if you decide to go plan for 4-5 hours.
